Duration of slow release insulin

I injected 30 of humulin insulin last night at 23:00. What I would like to know is how long does it activate in my system before my sugar levels start spiking or go low. Please assist me

Test your BG and find out for yourself.

The DIA of any insulin will vary from person to person and is entirely individual. No one here will be able to tell you.

I don't know anything about humalin but Tresiba usually lasts me about 26 hours on a standard day
