I am having weird tingling in my toes, no pain but it's a weird feeling like something is stuck between my toes. Anyway I'm having an appointment regarding this. If this turns out to be early neuropathy do I have to tell the DVLA and would I have to surrender for an amount of time. It definitely does not affect my driving the symptoms I'm having more of a botherome than anything deliberating. Not ideal if I can't drive for a bit.

So obviously if it was so bad that you couldn't manage foot controls I'd imagine you'd have to tell them (and get your car adapted?) but I suspect you are worrying unnecessarily. But really, if in doubt ask your GP.
I'll tag in @searley who is pretty knowledgeable about DVLA stuff.
