So I filled the forms in 3 weeks ago for my renewal License, recieved the new one yesterday BUT cam home from work at 7.30 pm with a letter waiting. It was from the DVLA saying the new License was issued by mistake and that I njeeded to send it back so they can continue the medical checks.

This has really Peed me off tbh, Ive not had a bad hypo in years and my eyes are ok, I do have maculopathy but at presant it is not causing problems. I have reduced hypo awareness but test before I drive every time.

Just wanted to off load as I feel they are taking the pish

I have to have driving license renewed every three years and it pees me off that i have to do this ...every time it stress me out but I understand it is for my own safety and others and yep takes ages for the medical checks grrr
