Type 1 E-Cigs

So my mom was a heavy smoker and I got into it and then I stopped but the habit was still there so I bought a ecig and it doesn't have nicotine and I was wondering what some side affects it could have I'm a type 1 diabetic btw.

who knows, harmless stuff to eat, but when heated and vapourised?....we will find out in 50 years
I' smoked till a few years ago and I wouldn't touch them
