Eat then take blood

Just wondering if I eat lunch 5 mins later take blood. Will it be high or is 10.4 to high.

does anyone know.

Depends what you eat for lunch. Pure glucose might just about reach your blood system that fast but most bend take longer than five minutes

I wouldn't expect it to be significantly higher than it would be before you ate....depending on the food/drink of course...
