Thank you for the link, Catherine, it is interesting reading. I was particularly interested in 'leptin resistance', which makes a lot of sense! I seldom feel really hungry, but always fancy 'just another mouthful' or 'a taste of something different', even after eating a satisfying meal. It's reassuring to know there may be a reason for this other than sheer greed! :lol:
