- Metformin 3 x 500mg. Levothyroxine 100mcg (under-active thyroid), and Volsaid Retard 75mg (NSAID). Notriptylene for nerve pain caused by spinal problem. Low-dose Lisinopril just in case.
- Exercise:
- Gardening. Exercise bike at gym (with care). Armchair exercises. Otherwise very little at present. Trying to increase walking - getting easier as the weight comes off.
- Likes:
- Red wine and Irish Wolfhounds.
- Dislikes:
- Football. Bad manners.
