Eating junk food and no sugar drinks

 
Chromium Picolate and Cinnamon is the answer. My bloods were really worrying me until I read about these. I purchased from Holland & Barrett, and take one of each daily' the day after I started taking them my morning reading was 3.9, then the following day it was 6.3, since then it has mostly been 5's and some 4's. I'm not promising it will work for everybody but it's working for me. If you are worried about high readings give it a go. What have you got to lose.
 
Unlike you, the op is not on insulin. Dietary changes are needed.
 

Hi there, I agree with lucylocket, how do you know the tablets are the reason, and even if you've noticed your levels have become lower since taking them, I'm not sure you can determine what impact your insulin is having, far more than a tablet I imagine. Also, if they are 'strong' enough to lower glucose levels all on their own I assume you are adjusting your insulin too.
