wanted to know is it best to set times for taking breakfast lunch dinner does it make a difference on how I feel at night I don't get much sleep at moment
a bowl of porridge at 06:00 AM + 1 metformin
2 toast and a cup of tea at 09:00 am,
Lunch 12:00 PM
Snack (an apple) at 3:00PM
Dinner 5:00 PM + 1 metformin
Snack (bowl of porridge) at 8:30 PM
10:00 PM bedtime.
BG levels within acceptable limits.
I agree that it is different for each person, I eat a small amount every few hours, maybe a piece of fruit some nuts or some salad, then eat a main meal before 8 in the evening.
