well, for me, as an early riser, up at 4:45 AM
a bowl of porridge at 06:00 AM + 1 metformin
2 toast and a cup of tea at 09:00 am,
Lunch 12:00 PM
Snack (an apple) at 3:00PM
Dinner 5:00 PM + 1 metformin
Snack (bowl of porridge) at 8:30 PM
10:00 PM bedtime.
BG levels within acceptable limits.
But it differs with each person, I would say.
