8 years after NHS damaged my pancreas and made me diabetic, just recently changed from Humulin I to Humulin 3.
Have been experiencing ED for about 2 years. Started out on half a sildenafil to start with, that worked fine, but then didn't have the desired effect for the duration, so upped dose to whole tablet. Worked again for a while, but once again short lived which then introduced DE. Had appointment with GP, swapped to Tadalafil. Not real difference in performance, and now getting rather frustrating. 58, last HbA1c 60, don't smoke, exercise daily BMI just over 25. Any ideas from anyone

Hi there Roger - how was your pancreas damaged? Was it surgically or by a reaction to a medication? These days Diabetes as a result of surgical or medicinal damage is often referred to as T3c diabetes, but of course that's a bit off track for you.

If you type "erectile disfunction into the search box at the top of the page, quite a lot of threads are returned. Hopefully there might be something helpful there: https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/search/112773531/?q=Erectile+disfunction&o=relevance
