Effect of sleep on blood sugar control

Something on YouTube that looks quite interesting. Basic message is going to sleep early and having good quality quality of sleep results in lower blood glucose levels after eating.


Could be difficult for some to implement with work etc.

Could be difficult for some to implement with work etc.
There’s a discussion up about this in Diabetes Discussions. I’m not sure this applies to Type 1s as the study they cited was solely conducted on Type 2s.
