Had to post this it clearly shows when the graph falls off the cliff edge at the start of 2016 how effective LCHF diet really is. Previous 15 years show a gradual decline is blood glucose levels on a NHS recommended diet.

Congratulations on taking control .. also congratulations for finding my diabetes my way .. it great how we can get all this info online

Well done!
That graph shows you have returned to levels not seen for 10 years. Great achievement.

Top work @AlbertoLaidlaw and a nice clear graph which makes it easy to get your message across.

PS You might want to clear out some of those 25,000 emails though!!

This is my graft .. you can clearly see when I followed the NHS eating guide lines and when I moved over to LCHF ... Its brilliant when you realise that doing wrong is going right !

Congratulations on taking the "plunge" @AlbertoLaidlaw

For anyone who doubts the effects of a Low Carb diet your graphs should persuade them.

PS It made me laugh
anyway

Thanks for sharing.

Unfortunately LCHF deniers will still be terrified of the unknown long term effects of such normal glucose levels.

There is a general lack of convincing gold standard evidence based RCT showing that normal HbA1c after LCHF provides a better outcome

Ironically they prefer the safe haven of the known complications from higher HbA1c...

Very well done
Eventually the NHS may see sense, though drugs companies will fight it all the way...sad.
