Alongside that I would have my usual coffee with cream or tea with reduced lactose milk and maybe a few nuts to make up the remaining calories. I can't recall any specific bathroom issues.So it was way lower calorie than my usual days 25-35% of my usual intake The only carbs were from the cream milk and nuts and on the last day I managed to fit in some fish as well all within the calorie limit.</blockquote>
