55g of Egg Noodles along with 225g Asda frozen Stir fry, 275g of Turkey pieces and half a jar of Tesco Ken Hom Chow Mein sauce, followed by 150g of fresh home made fruit salad. A whopping 62g of carbs but 15 was the fruit salad. Loverly!
Had a stupid 6.0 rather than the high 4's low 5's I normally am prior to dinner so wasn't holding up much hope but...
+1 hour was walking the dogs for 45 mins so couldn't test
+2 hours 6.9
+4 hours 5.4
Thanks Sid, my first successful post diagnosis Chinese.

I guess it doesn't work for everyone, out of interest how much did you eat as my results were eating one 150g sachet. But like I said like lots of foods some can eat them and others cant :?
Sorry about that, but at least you know to avoid them now.
I ate 1 sachet, maybe just under as hubby has more than me! I haven't really missed not having rice, pasta or potatoes, just thought it might have been something I could have without thinking about too much. Can't say I don't miss real white freshly baked bread, still warm from the oven, spread with butter though.

The last time I ate fressssshly - baked - white - bread <drool> was with a lamb stew a couple of year sago and it put me straight into double figuers
EDITED sago was a typo but I kind of like it, bit of a Freudian slip maybe after typing stew
