I've just found something called Slimatee. As its name suggests it's a tea bag of senna and Frangula whatever that is, but it's quite pleasant and works wonderfully.
There used to be an old wives tale that eggs caused constipation and were too much cholesterol to be eating every day - but this is far from fact. They are a good kind of cholesterol (rather than the bad kind) and one that can be consumed on a daily basis and they don't constipate everyone. I never have had constipation from them.
Dare I say I even cut back to half an avocado instead of a whole thinking it might be the fiber. Thank goodness nothing changed haha. But I would like to figure it out. No clues. Just my stupid uncooperative body !
