Type 2 Eggs

If you can buy the 'Carbs and Cals' book or get it from the library it has a wealth of information on a shedload of different foods. It is really handy as it shows in pictures portion sizes too.
'Carbs and Cals' is also available as an App.

My morning boiled egg is hard white and soft runny yellow. Delicious.
Perfect! I achieve that with a useful tip from Heston Blumenthal, possibly his only useful tip. Place eggs in small pan, just cover with cold water. Bring rapidly to the boil, take off the heat, wait 4 mins - eat
