Dictators who positively go out of their way to force misery, tears and fears, upon their countryman's lives.
Politicians who, in dealing with dictators, have a wishbone where a backbone should be.
Hi folks,

Still not feeling too good, hardly any appetite and feeling very week.
I'm practically sleeping round the clock, well not really, but it feels
like it. I've no energy and, this will sound really daft......
everything feels like I'm living in slow motion.

My 70th birthday was at the beginning of the month and that's good,
'cause it means I've another 25 years ahead of me, so I've plenty of
time to get better and start posting again.

Just want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas with lots of joy.

Finally, a huge big thank you to everyone who are keeping the
"Inspiration" and "Who Are They" threads alive.

So, from the bottom of my heart, and of course, from Mrs weewillie's bottom also.

Be good, have fun, and soak up the atmosphere of the festive season.

Love.
weewillie & Mrs weewillie.

Glad to hear from you Willie
I don't know if this could apply to you but I have found that magnesium has made a great difference to my energy levels .Dark choc and red wine are good ;) (also for magnesium levels) ! but you can top up with supplements if your GP says ok
