well I was bored tonight - though I don't bake thought I'd try a little recipe - can you guess what they are? CLUE - they are not jacket spuds- and yes they taste as disgusting as they look

HOT CROSS BUNS!

Well to be honest I don't even know why I made them as I probably wouldn't have eaten them anyway lol - I don't really like sweet stuff and only ever make a meringue or nut crumble at Easter and a Claudia Roden Moroccan almond cake for special occasions and that's supposed to be made with almond flour anyway so not a "fake cake"

It's a recipe from a well trusted site so I obviously did something wrong - hehehe

I was going to say peanut butter cookies... but they actually look like cookies so that wouldn’t be a fail.

Yeah, I would never of guessed that. I was tossing up two possibilities..... fossilized dinosaur turds, or possibly meteorite samples because you collect stuff.

Not to worry, we've all had disasters in the kitchen. I've almost burnt down the house a few times.... and that's not a joke either. Better luck next time.
