I am in Perth WEstern Australia formally from Edinburgh I check my blood sugars mainly after meals and normally around 10
I am also gluten intolerant which means careful reading of labels. I will look at the link diet doctor.
I have excellent cholesterol or so my doctor says.
Other than a gluten intolerance, is there any food that also cause symptoms of an intolerance?
What are your fasting pre breakfast readings? I don't mean when you wake up.
Any other symptoms, that you have noticed other than sleep deprivation?
If you are gluten intolerant are you still eating grains?
Heat will raise your blood sugar levels, but not to the extent that you have described.
I no doubt you have been told to drink plenty of water, stay hydrated.
I envy you, I would prefer to be in nice sunshine and go and sit in the shade.
However, I'm stuck indoors cos we are shielding and the weather is freezing, windy, snow, rain and did I mention very damp and miserable.
Keep safe.
