I know many T2 would be happy with those BG results. Unfortunately, my optimum functioning range is between 5.0 & 6.0, which is quite a narrow window. Lower or higher than those figures slows me down, muddles me a little & I get the inevitable headaches. They're worse than they have been for many months & aren't particularly responsive to OTC analgesia. But I appreciate you taking the time to share your theory. It's possible of course.
