I see it's in MS Access, are you issuing it with runtime?

Is it possible to modify the data or add data?

Different manufacturers give different values for the same product.

I don't regularly read the labels on food, apart from carbs and ingredients.

I don't recall seeing measurements for water, ash, lipids etc. Where are you getting these from please?

I don't mean to be critical, I am curious and keen to be educated.

If you like you can download what I think the UK supermarkets use from here,...

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/composition-of-foods-integrated-dataset-cofid

I downloaded the middle one 3000 items and it seems to agree with what I can find on Waitrose with the few I have checked..

@HICHAM_T2 Doubt whether African foods are included in the compilation. If so this writer will be interested as he resides in Nigeria and would request the author to kindly oblige especially areas where in so far peculiar to my environment.

Is there a programmer VB net here we need to design a professional program

As well as the CoFID data that Bulkbiker mentioned there's also the Diogenes data that shows carbs, GI and GL. I use both having imported them into a searchable database. My ancient copy of MS Access won't import, and I'm not stumping up the cash for an updated version, so use FilemakerPro instead.
