Prescribed Gliclazide 80mg.Dec 2018 80mg morning & 40mg evening. Mar 2019 commenced Lantus basal insulin. April 2019 added NovoRapid bolus 3x a day
July 2016 HbA1c - 52mmol/mol.
November 2018 - 67mmol/mol
February 2019 - 92mmol/mol !!
July 2019 - 65mmol/molNow using a Libre FGM so next to no finger stabbing and much better info.
July 2020 - 54mmol/mol
