so since having that cut on my foot and applying cream to let it heal that rules out walking or running. I researched upper body excercises that dont require much foot movement. I am posting one i want to do this as often as I can and it doesnt require much time!!!!

The man seems to be putting a lot of pressure on his toes during the exercises.

Have you considered chair based exercises, for while you can’t bear much weight on a sore foot?
With some small hand weights it is possible to get a good upper body work out.

yeh depends on where the cut is my cut is on my heel.
Ive seen seated excercises they may be a option too.

If you're usually running for exercise, the video doesn't really look like a workout in comparison. And those exercises require you to use your feet, like @Pipp said.

Do you have a bicycle? No pressure on the cut on your heel and similar to running in type of exercise. Coud be outdoors on a real bike or indoors on an exercise bike. Same for rowing. Or swimming, if an HCP approves this with the cut.

Re the video where they are doing the Plank pressups (push ups) you can do the same thing on your knees so less pressure on your heel in the second time she demonstrates this
if you use a gym that does them have a look at Pilates and Yoga classes there is no pressure to do advances positions or asanas and the instructor will understand that if you explain it to them. You may be amazed at the inner calmness and peace you feel after the classes
