Excess urination and drinking

Hi. Over the past 3-4 weeks I have been drinking and peeing way more than usual. I did a ketone test yesterday and I only have 0.5 ketones. Has anyone else had this before? Does anyone know what I can do to help?

What are your blood sugars like?
 
If your blood sugars are high then this problem occurs. Check your sugar levels, adjust your medication and consult your doctor.
