well just had my hbc1a results and it was 48 3 months ago it was 57 and jan was 83 so what happens now as I couldn't get my routine appointment with dn so made one fr 2 weeks time

What happens now is you keep doing whatever you are doing because it is working!!

83 down to 48 in 6 months is tremendous work but any complacency would see it creep up.
