Exenatide (aka Byduron) help please

My consultant put me on Exenatide in September and I couldn't tolerate the sickness so stopped taking it in November. I still haven't recovered from it yet, I have zero appetite and have gone off food virtually altogether. Has this happened to anyone else and when will I get back to normal?

My brother has been on exenetide for about 3 years with no problems he take about hour before breakfast and before dinner

Thanks for your comment, I was only having one injection a week I should have mentioned.
