Just wondering. I am lowcarbing, but I need to lose about 1 and a half stone, just that when i began in January I lost about 13lbs. Its all gone back on. I was exercising but thats dropped off - I'm a lazy sod.
Was it the exercise that made me lose weight or the low carbing.
I'm probably answering my own question here, however I'm eating the same and I've put weight on, does the body have a 'set point' as the professionals like to call it.
Anyone got any advise? I'm not a couch potato I do walk, but I have stopped lifting weights. Oh and I'm busy crafting for xmas fairs so I do more than my fair share of sitting.

As you are still low-carbing and have put the weight back on then it does suggest that exercise was the key back in January (unless you've increased your calorie intake since then) I don't low-carb as such but know if I didn't exercise my weight would soon begin to climb.
