We all need a motivational boost from time to time and triggers to perform workouts. Clearly initially your momentum was high. I use fear of complications as one of my tools. A further motivation is the bravery of a family friend who was born with a heart disease which has meant that all his life he has been in and out of hospital; it has not always been good news but he has fought hard, so I say if a teenager can cope with this I can cope with a 1 mile run etc. Perhaps a more positive motivation has been a goal I have set to achieve a 6 pack - I have associated a 6 pack with low visceral fat which improves insulin resistance. So perhaps you can find a couple of triggers which will inspire you to push on from an excellent 13 kg weight loss.
P.S.
My wife kept asking why I was watching T25 infomercials, these I also found inspirational.
