The Australian type 1 clinical guidelines,
National Evidence-Based Clinical Care Guidelines for Type 1 Diabetes in Children, Adolescents and Adults, have some great and practical exercise info on page 90 to 94.
Interested in your thoughts on this.

Oz govt guidlines are designed to be understood by most adults, and sufficiently soft that compliance with them easy, not because they are the best advice.
