Type 1 Exercises for type1 diabetes?

What are you trying to achieve with exercise? Exercises that are good and useful for what purpose or aim?

All exercise is good, just do whatever you enjoy.
 
@doc_908 . Any exercise is good exercise. Walking, running, swimming,cycling, racquet sports the list goes on and on.
Importantly good exercise is what makes you feel good and you enjoy doing.
Tell us what you feel you would like to try and we may well be able to give you some tips.

Walking, it's free, you can go at your own pace and it helps clear the mind.

Swimming is good too.
With British weather the way it is you could actually combine the two on certain days.;);)
