Exhausted after Eating

What do you call the exhausted feeling after eating? I always get very tired, pain in limbs, can hardly walk etc..I've not seen this discussed much. Blood sugar may only have raised from 6 to 8 or 9 and still I get it. T1D 35 years. Thanks
