Sorry @nosher8355 , not sure which link you mean... But insulin is almost always the overwhelming factor in obesity. Cortisol is a possibility, but much rarer. They are the hormones needed to build fat deposits. Without them we cannot gain weight. When they are excessive and we have hormone resistance, that is when the weight builds.
Yep, so true, but you did put a video about how insulin is not detected as a cause of diabetes and insulin resistance.
I think you put it on one of threads in our forum.

That's all I can remember but it made me think a lot about finding about insulins role.
Have a read of Jason Fung's website or read his book The Obesity Code. It explains it all.
