My retinography exam results show that my macular degeneration has gone. This LCHF eating regime is miraculous, OH is waiting for me to look younger (dream on) as I now don't have the body of an old lady.
 
Its good for your other half to be optimistic :) and who knows its may happen .. my friends say I look 20 years younger .. think they should have gone to *****savers
 
I have just received the results of my eye screening. One year ago the result said "background retinopathy". This time, after a year of fairly low carb diet and no medication, it says "normal" so that's another win for LCHF.
