Hi I’ve personally found that going privately has given me a lot more options for early treatment, it has also given me an opportunity to ask in detail all of my many many questions and get in depth, clear answers without feeling rushed. Unfortunately all of this does come with a price tag but I decided I would have at least one consultation to make sure I was getting the right care was definitely be worth it. Where abouts do you live? Saying this I asked my consultant about the Noctura mask and he hadn’t heard of it but said he would look into it for me. I’m seeing him again next week so will ask again. I think I’m going to give it a try though. It can’t hurt! I’m still off work at the moment as struggling to see out of my right eye although a lot of the blood has cleared. I’m going back to work next week for 2 mornings to see how I get on, my concern is using the computer. How frustrating that improving your health does this to our eyes!! Who would have known?! This is the part I’m struggling with as I’m sure you are too. I suppose it’s just important to try and keep on top of things now so that’s it not all for nothing!
