Hi guys, slight panic..

Just got out the bath & felt a really sharpe pain in left eye, now all blood shot. Blood sugar is 4.8. Is this the start of diabetic related eye problems or am I over reacting?
 
I would eliminate the possibility that you have a foreign body in your eye first, before you panic.

Just had another thought, have you accidentally splashed bath/shower gel/soap in your eye? I've done this in the past and it stings like hell:(
 
No, haven't accident splashed anything in my eye. Just a very sudden intense pain, when looked in the mirror I saw it was all blood shot / lines across eye. Don't think I've got a foreign body in there but now made it really sore now from prodding & poking. Think the best thing for me to do is chill out & go to bed!
