Thanks! Yes, that is what my Googling has also suggested. I have had T1D for 10 years and been having screenings every year, so kind of weird it was only picked up now? Unless you can just get random moles from time-to-time. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about; I read a few scary websites that suggested there is a small chance they can be (or become) cancerous.

I don’t have a naevus but I do have a chicken pox scar on the back of my eye from when I was about 8 yrs old - sometimes it’s mentioned on my retinal scan and sometimes it’s not, I’ve no idea why, maybe it all depends on who’s doing the reporting?
Hi. I can get into my medical reports through my GP's web site, but they are gobbledygook to me. So I copy and paste then into Microsoft Co-pilot and it translates them into something anyone can understand.
