Self-fellating idiots that don't at all look at other people's views
Background retinopathy was the result! I was expecting something much, much worse after my horrific year of control last year and my dramatic drop in HBA1C so that’s a relief honestly. I was expecting something to have imploded in there so here is hoping the next screening is the same or clear!

Agree that all should improve if your control continues. Just think of how it could have gone without your lifestyle changes. Hang on in there.
 
My first screening just after diagnosis was clear, the second one a year later showed background retinopathy, however I recently had my third and it was clear again. Hopefully yours will follow the same pattern.
