Eye test results

not eating food, or drinking
Just had my eye test results back and they say i do have some background retinopathy but i do not need treatment at this time and background retinopathy does not affect your sight, so can anyone tell me what this means please

Thanks for the reply its looks like it is very mild and my control is pretty good dx in dec with a fbg of 10.4, fbg in May 5.8 with hba1c of 5.4 so hopefully all is under control

To be honest with you i didnt even know that i had been put forward for diabetic screening i just received a letter saying that i needed to make an appointment for diabetic screening and they were taking place at my doctors surgery. When you do go i would recommend taking sunglasses with you as the sunlight can effect you a bit more

Yes they put the drops in then sit you in this waiting room with halogen spotlights (medway hospital)
Either its on purpose or they are sadists heheh
Either way sunglasses are mega idea :¬)

I justgot the all clear though so its nice to know the info
