Eyeglasses that don't fall and fog

Hello

I am looking for eyeglasses that don't fall off as most I have been wearing for years tend to fall off (maybe more after they get slightly deformed with use).

Any recommendations?

Your opticians may be able to readjust them. If not a new purchase needs to be fitted to your face, both initially to make sure they are the right size and then to make the arms fit optimally.
