Hi

Ive been wearing glasses for years but since I had the issues with finding out I was diabetic type 1 I can see better without my glasses, has anyone had this sensation and does it correct itself once the sugar readings go back to normal
 
I had exactly that. I first noticed that I couldn't see the TV with my specs on, and also couldn't read close stuff with them off. This was totally opposite to how it had been for years. It didn't last long and reverted to normal as my levels stabilised.

High bg makes the lens the eye to swell and this is what effects vision, once bg levels are brought under control things generally improve.
