you don't

if your happy with 0% then all is well

i just don't get eating the 0% when you can eat Full fat and its tastier, but thats the same old argument

Don't see the myth in "processing".
My own is made from skimmed milk, no added sugar, no fat, completely unprocessed. Tastes like yoghurt.
If you need the extra calories from fat, fine, eat it, it you don't, there's no point.

im a fage head too, not all shops (morrisons i know) don't do the full fat one, its the one that just says total without the 2% or 0% next to it

i can't argue with anything being made by us being better than shop bought, this goes for everything i reckon

If you've got the means to make your own then all the better.

That's only 1g in the full pot less though, so you've need to eat a lot of 500g pots in a day to make a difference.

Did you know you can make your own greek yogurt from the normal plain full fat or low fat yogurts by straining off the whey all bought greek yogurt starts as ordinary plain yogurt. You need something to strain it through like a sieve a coffee filter or even strong kitchen paper over a bowl place the yogurt in the sieve cover with something and put in the fridge the more whey is strained off the thicker the yogurt will become you can give it the occasional stir it can take some hours or overnight. There is still a lot of goodness in the whey so it can be frozen in ice cube trays and used in soups and sauces. I tried this with a small pot of plain yogurt and it worked so will go large next time
