[QUOTE="yoda, post: 277853, member: 42983"] I find that afternoons are very tiring . I sit at a desk , working on a computer, and I am catching myself having micro sleeps , and going into a dream , momentarily , then coming too ! Generally in the afternoons only ! Does anyone else experience this ? I eat sensibly , I am on diet only type 2 . HBA1C is 6.1 but after food I can go to 16 . Any ideas ? I am trying to eat less at lunch , and no sweet things at all , may be a sandwich and crisps , or baked potatoe....... Do i need drugs now? do i need to talk to my GP? Many thanks for any imput !
