Fasting BG control

I have trouble controling my fasting BG levels. I take 1 Januvia 100mg. pill at bed time 11 pm. along with 2 Tylenol 650 mgs. for hip pain. Am wondering if the Tylenol has anything to do with increasing BG levels in the morning. At 7pm. BG levels are 6.7 and at 6am. will be 9.7?
