I've also been having a couple of take-aways a week!
Curry = chicken tandoori with a sag paneer and a pouch of cauliflower rice.... no spike what so ever !
Or
Large lamb or chicken kebab with salad and the chilli and garlic sauces..... no spike what so ever !
Only walking the dog/puppy... I've been told not to go over-board exercise wise, not in the first 8 weeks anyway. I don't want to become too hungry! I will slowly get back to the gym
