[QUOTE="Catkysydney, post: 2723097, member: 493089"] Yes, Lamont , I had received the result of gastroscopy, it was normal . What a relief ! My father and uncle passed away with stomach cancer …. So I was worried .. London hotel was awful, which I thought it awful before hand . Next one was good ! Rome was too hot , we had to withdrew in the middle of the Colosseum tour . We went to a cafe and had a cold Coke Zero to cool us down . We have booked our next European trip .. we have booked airplanes already and also another river cruise in next June… We will go to Paris, Rome and London again . We love there so much .. this time it will not be too hot , I hope . I enjoyed Notting Hill market ! ( I bought 3 tshirts and 1 jacket. That was my highlight of my travel… lol… Next time we have to be very careful for hotel booking . I need air conditioning. You don’t have hypo from exercise ? I had it always before …. I have to bring protein bars and shake with me .. I thought everyone will have hypo from exercise.. I still glucose intolerance.. also I have insulin sensitive , they may contribute for all of my hypos.. So I have to take low carb diet .. I failed Keto .. I cannot digest fat/oil. This makes hard for Keto …. Also I have IBS, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance and food allergies .. not much food for me to eat safely.. I will discuss with my dietitian… Your hypo happens so quickly after high carb ( sugar ) , right ? Mine is very slowly happening. So usually I eat before having a hypo .. During travel , I had a hypo only once . I ate cookies straight away . I ate a lot of carbs, so I expect my next HbA1c will be higher … Thank you very much for your knowledge.. With Best Wishes !!!
