Fasting test

I have to do a fasting test tomorrow between noon & 6pm. What's a good breakfast that will set me up for this. I can take in a green salad and hard cheese for lunch but that's it. Any help gratefully received
 
For once I would agree with @jcbman If it's meant to be a fasted test then you surely shouldn't have anything apart from water.
What's it for?

I was a bit quick off the mark here. I have just remembered when I had my cataracts done I was told not to have anything to eat after 10:00 am for the surgery in the afternoon.
