Can I ask a rather impertinent question?
Are you vegan for moral reasons or did you think it may help your diabetes?
Obviously they are modified maize starch and deionized apple extractthere are vegan mayos but they seem to all have added ****** ingredients though, like mad stuff like modified maize starch and deionized apple extract? what even is that ?
Obviously they are modified maize starch and deionized apple extractJokes aside, I have no idea!
I do hope you manage to get to the root of your problem though, and I'm sure there are some members of the T2 community who will offer you excellent advice to help get you there
All the best!
I see where you are coming from. Have you tried looking on the vegetarian and vegan forum threads here for things that others are having?Yes its for ethical reasons and I was convinced of the diabetes argument too like these books I have from dr Furhan and the forks over knives folks, but if it was seriously unworkable and my health wasnt happening I could reconsider but I really dont want to if you know what I mean

I'm not a vegan, but would I have mayo as part of a vegan diet? No. Because then it wouldn't be a vegan diet
