It's your fast, you make the rules. If you're not used to fasting you will probably find a 2 day fast quite difficult.
Might be better to ease yourself into it by having breakfast later in the morning, or even skip breakfast altogether and have your first meal at lunch time. It's usually easier if you are on a low carb diet for a while before attempting to fast
When I fast I have no solids just coffee/tea with cream and water.
Some people just have water others might have say just eggs (so an "egg fast").
It's something that is often best to build up to. So skip one meal, then two then all day.
Currently I'm fasting from Sunday dinner until Tuesday dinner so almost 48 hours.
