Of course. Top quality raw ham must be fattyDoesn't the meat have fat in it?
A bottle of extra virgin olive oil, maybe? On cooked vegetables (and raw vegetables too) is great.
With the meat, you could actually skip the cooking and eat raw

Depends if you can see the truffleTruffle oil is almost an hoax, beware. They but a small quantity of truffle in then all are flavourings like 2,4-Dithiapentane
I have taken a photo of youI'm a mayo junkie!!
Hahaha. I hear you. I used to make my own but unfortunately can't do raw egg anymore. And when made with EXTRA virgin olive oil it's much too bitter. I then used some nut oils but have kidney stones and nuts are high oxalate which is a no go. Not sure if the oxalates are in the oils tooI have taken a photo of you
Seriously, after I change my diet I find industrially-made mayonnaise not very good to taste.
I prefer to make at home, but unfortunately, being without preservatives and made with raw eggs I have to prepare small batched and finish it few days.
No, normally I use extra virgin olive oil only. Never tried to use sunflower oil or similar oils.Do you use a mixture of oils for your mayo?
